crazy training yesterday. shouting HOORAY!! because someone was feeling very HOORAY!! haha. photo-taking session after training.

met hamizah after a long time. was supposed to watch school of scoundrels. but made an impromptu decision to watch Blood Diamond. and it was a a good last minute decision. it was the most violent movie i've ever watched. not in the fighting sense. more like firearms violent. shooting was everywhere. the movie was also a harsh reality check for me. i was asking hamizah, did these things actually happen in africa?? and she said yes. and i was oblivious to this. kids were brainwashed. it's a good movie. two thumbs up. another good Leonardo DiCaprio movie. hope he wins an Oscar. hahaha. ;)
