i forgot to put the video of the day for yesterday. hehe.

physical training just now. zai was authoritive in her own quirky ways. it was a fun physical training just now. did alot of dipsy [we renamed it]. my arms is now slack.

what are gyms without hot guys working out in it?? haiz. i still can't get the image out of my head. that guy. alamak.

sal and i were working on this stomach thing. the equipment was situated in front of the pull-ups thing. and this guy just jumped and grabbed hold of the pull-ups and started doing pull-ups. and his muscles were bulging. firm and nice. alamak!!!

hmm. is he from rock climbing?? if he is. alamak!!!!!

watched the sp game. we walked in and saw the score. i was sort of disappointed. watched the ntu-smu match. didn't know who to support. but after a few minutes, i decided to support ntu. stronger and faster. even though smu's coach was jill quek. i was seriously tempted to watch the tp-sim match. and there were new players on the tp squad. and i think i saw a pasirian player on the tp team.
