i went to swensen's again today..but this time i ate salmon and mushrooms baked rice..yum!! i love salmon...especially if it's raw..like on sashimi..haha..am i saying it correctly?? hahaha..i wanted the black pepper pasta..but lukie wanted it..and the last time i ate swensen's fish and chips..it gave me bad memories..it tasted bland..even when i dipped it into tartar sauce..or was it mayo?? aniwaes..i didn't want to risk it..the last time i went there was last fri..bought a few things also..went to metro..and got a couple of important things..heeeheeee..bought myself a gio pants..it is so damned bootcut..im definitely straight cutting it..even if it costs me $10..i want to buy something from jp tmr..maybe..but i dunno when i'll go there..i feel like carrot cake again....hahaha..

had one of the best training yesterday..i liked the fact that the seniors and freshies training were separated..at last..not that i don't like to mix wif the freshies..it's juz that sometimes..training wif them can be a bit .... ....but at the end of the training..we did play a game together..freshies against seniors..during training i was a bit of a clumsy ass..i was running in the centre when im not supposed..during the game..i held my stick wif one hand..and im still freaking frustrated with that..maybe i need to glue my right hand to my stick..after i get my new grip..SALLY!! BILE NAK GI TIASA?? we're maybe having a match against mjc or yjc this sat..if we get yjc..this will be our second friendly..my first friendly was against yjc..so im kinda excited to meet them again..as for mjc..hmm..they're a new jc..but this doesn't mean that they're bad..we'll juz have to wait and see..

for our training..we ran around the court countless times..i was leading the run..but coach juz said keep going..and i tink not knowing how many rounds we were to run was a good idea..but for the last few rounds..coach made us sprint..that kinda made me tired..continuous sprinting is something i don't look forward..unless if it's 100m dash..i was so shagged by the end of the run..but it was kinda of rejuvenating..i felt fresh afterwards..at the end of the whole training..coach dropped a bomb on us..a HUGE bomb..the asst. coach and himself have decided to make us take a fitness test..a 2.4 km run..that's 6 rounds around the track!!!! i was like OH CRAP!! FISH!! and there was timing involved..for our first try we have to make it within 17 mins..another FISH went off in my head..the last time i ran my 2.4km..that was 2 years ago..and my fitness have definitely gone down since then..but wth..if this is for own good and making it big in the IVPs..i would try my best to be fitter..haha..6 rounds!!! seesh..and btw..i suck at running long distance..

but my theory is that..if u want me to run a long distance..let me run a straight road..of something that doesn't involve running around a track..becoz i remember my cross country..it was bedok reservoir..i ran the first 2 kilometres without stopping..and that is an accomplishment..SEESH!!!

skool tmr..haiz..i still have not handed in my hydraulics report..seesh..im going to be screwed..
