had training juz now..like i guessed it was juz fitness..before that i went to the gym for the very first freaking time..i went to the machine that trained my thigh muscles..and i was feeling it, man..wahahah..jakun ah..did the cycling thing..and then during training..WAH!!!!!!!! the first thing we did was run two rounds..ish..that was okay ah..since we always do that..then we did the usual stretching..after that..coach made us brisk walk 7 rounds around the track..but we were not really brisk walking..more like walking..after the 7 rounds..we were told to run two more rounds..so..after that we did some pull ups and weight lifting..and a final 2 rounds round the track..haiz..so we ran 6 rounds and walked 7 rounds..total of 13 rounds..hang around skool for a while..ate macaroni at fc3..yet again..dah sedap..makan ah..my legs are going to feel it tmr..i juz hope that my left knee don't give me probs..i really tink that the whole of my left leg has something wrong..coz even now as im sitting down..my left knee is aching..HOW???
