there was training today..so what if its in the morning..i'd rather wake up and go for training..heehee..aniwaes..i tot today was supposed to be all girls..but there were some boys there..kepo only..well botak came down for our training..dah lame tak nampak die..muncul jugak..haha..did our usual run..but botak forgot to do warm ups..kite pun smue lupe..ape seh..i learn a new type of crunches juz now..u lie flat on ur back..have a friend standing at ur head..grab their legs for support..then lift ur legs 90 degrees of the ground and ask ur friend to push ur legs back down to the ground..u have to control ur legs and not let them touch the ground..do these in set of 10..i could feel my stomach muscles stretch..and after training..we had some laughs..it was hard to laugh too..but i guess if u want a flat tummy and even a 6-pack [hamzzz......] i tink this crunches is best..so try it out..tmr gotta go to this jemputan..its been a LONG time since i went to one..so im looking forward to this..free food..so yeah..aniwaes..gotta go for now..
